I saw this idea here and before that I didn't even know what seed tape was. What a great idea for any gardener in your life. The only cost is the seeds because the newspaper, flour, and water are easily on hand. This is also a great gift for kids to help out and it can easily be given at any time of year (as long as it stays sealed in a bag). Seed tape is an extraordinary way to give ordinary seeds. And the way this seed tape, pictured above, is done is simple and elegant looking.
